Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

Not a fan of the FBI, NSA, and CIA, etc. who have abused the FISA to spy on Americans such as President Trump without warrants (including me) 278,000 times (probably more). This is a controversial issue, and I have repeatedly stood in opposition to section 702 of the FISA.

I have written blog articles critical of the FBI which I believe is seriously compromised and corrupted. My writings alone have likely provoked the FBI to look askance at me, especially since I held the highest levels of TOP SECRET security clearances with special code word access to Sensitive Compartmental Intelligence.

I served broad in sensitive positions involving national security for 25-years and have been exposed to countless hostile intelligence surveillance threats as I did my job. My wife and I make frequent phone calls to our children living in overseas locations that the FBI may have listened to. We’re benign.

A disabled veteran, I love my America. I have been decorated for VALOR. I am a patriot.

After long contemplation, I have revisited my thoughts on section 702 of the FISA:

With more than five million likely hostile Moslem citizens attending thousands of Islamic Mosques, aka Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in America, we need to exercise every national security precaution available. Facing a multitude of serious threats, we’re seriously remiss right now. There are millions of other America hating citizens who follow MARXISM, MAOISM, COMMUNISM, including misguided Democrats and Progressives, etc. who have close ties with overseas hostiles and bad actors, including narcotics dealers and smugglers. People like traitors Rashida Tlaib, Soros, Ilhan Omar, and hundreds of other prominent Americans are closely affiliated with FOBs engaged in spying on us, planning harmful actions, and more. They likely keep in close touch with operatives and even family or clan (tribe) members in their homelands. Many communicate in a host of languages. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be harnessed to capture and translate it all into English for those honest monitors working to protect America and its people.

I now support warrantless surveillance of both citizens and non-citizens with appropriately strict safety regulations and controls, and strict oversight with serious penalties including prison for violators. We lack sufficient numbers of capable judges for such an expanded warrant program and there is a probability of unauthorized release of warrants.

National security activities engaged in protecting our precious republic is of paramount importance.
